How to order our services
If you are interested in our services, please contact Franz Unterbirker. You can reach us at any time by e-mail or telephone. We will be happy to discuss your project individually.
After the discussion, we will put together an individual offer for you. If you are happy with this offer, a confirmation (preferably by e-mail) is sufficient. It is important to note that we are not bound by our offer until you confirm your order and can revoke it at any time. The reason for this is that we work with a small number of staff and sometimes have to book appointments elsewhere quickly in order to be fully booked. However, we are happy to agree an individual offer period during which we are bound by our offer.
If you have any requests for changes to our offer, please let us know. In this case, we will assume that you do not wish to accept our offer as sent by us. If we are able to accommodate your change requests, we will send you a new offer, whereupon the same applies to the initial offer.
What we do for you (services)
Once you have placed a binding order for our services, we immediately start preparing them in accordance with the agreed specifications. This also includes (should the assignment require it) commissioning external third-party service providers or freelancers who act in our name and for our account but are economically independent. It is best to discuss the details of commissioning third parties during the commissioning process, otherwise we will not commission third parties without obtaining your explicit approval.
If we involve third-party service providers, this is always done in your name and for your account. We can always agree deviations from this.
What happens if something comes up?
We should arrange filming assignments and dates with some advance notice.
If we are unexpectedly unable to work on an agreed date, the following applies:
In the event that something (through no fault of our own) has intervened (such as an accident or illness), that you are entitled to a free replacement for an alternative date.
In the event that we are responsible for the postponement, we will reimburse you for your expenses (provided they were reasonable and foreseeable).
What you can do with the work results
In principle, we make you two alternative offers. One is “Normal Use” and the other is “Buy Out”. In the “Normal Use” variant, we generally retain all usage rights.

In the buy-out variant, we grant you all rights of use and exploitation that we can and may transfer upon full payment of all our outstanding amounts.Subsequent licenses are then no longer necessary.
Involvement of external service providers and freelancersWe are of course happy to work with other service providers that you have commissioned. However, if these service providers have not been commissioned by us (in our own name and for our own account), we cannot be held responsible for the conduct and performance of these service providers.
We generally invoice after project completion, in the case of longer-term projects every month; the payment period is 14 days from invoicing. In the case of higher project volumes and/or past payment problems, we request an advance payment for our work.
Travel costs and expenses Necessary expenses will be invoiced either on the basis of actual expenses, with journeys by car being charged at EUR 0.60 per kilometer driven.When traveling by train (2nd class) or by plane (economy, premium economy), we pay attention – as always – to economic efficiency.
Taxes and duties
Unless otherwise agreed, all our prices and offers are exclusive of VAT (or any foreign transaction taxes) and the artists’ social security contribution, if applicable.
In order to ensure smooth communication, you should name a fixed contact person with whom we will primarily communicate on your behalf and to whom we will send invoices. If you have different communication requirements, we will be happy to arrange this.

Provisions for cases of disagreement Should disagreements arise in connection with our contract or its validity, we mutually undertake to find a constructive, amicable solution.
If this amicable solution cannot be found between us, we will first call upon a recognized conciliation office before either side takes legal action. However, this does not apply if we have outstanding claims. We can also assert claims directly in court without prior recourse to a conciliation office.
