With its portable battery system, which has more power than a normal 230V household socket, Instagrid GmbH has a new product on the market that is particularly impressive due to its technical data. Instagrid is a relatively young company and is therefore interested in tapping into new markets and customer groups.
TASK
The task was to produce films that credibly communicate the product features and tell a story that arouses interest, informs, creates trust and entertains.
In our short case film, Felix Fuchs, Head of Design at Instagrid, explains how the collaboration with Milafilm worked.
CUSTOMER-TESTEMONIAL APPROACH
We developed a customer testimonial approach for Instagrid, within a film series with real customers of the company. The customers, who are known in their industry and who have already had experience with the product, describe it in short clips and emphasize the advantages of working with Instagrid.
The effect is of course much less promotional than with classic image films, as a third person is talking about the product and not the company that manufactures it.
CUSTOMER BENEFITS
And the testimonials also benefit from the production: they can also use the film to exploit network synergies in both directions.
Instagrid uses these films e.g. in industry forums and associations, at trade fairs, in sales meetings and of course they are also used online.
For B2B companies in particular, however, it is often not necessary for a film to achieve six-figure plays online. If it only convinces the one right person in a meeting, the production has already paid for itself many times over. And that’s what our films do:
